TERMS & CONDITIONS
At Little Sunshine RV Rental, we are committed to providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable rental experience for every customer. By booking or using one of our RVs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Reservations and Booking
A reservation is confirmed only after payment of the required booking fee. All booking payments are non-refundable, including the $100 reservation fee, which is used to secure your rental dates and block availability for your unit.
Payments
The renter agrees to pay all rental charges, including nightly rental fees, delivery fees, setup fees, cleaning fees, dump fees, generator fees, insurance charges if applicable, taxes, and any additional services selected at the time of booking. All applicable Florida state and local taxes will be added where required.
Security and Card Authorization
A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file for the duration of the rental. By renting from Little Sunshine RV Rental, the renter authorizes the company to charge the card on file for any unpaid balances, damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, waste tank dumping, late return fees, incidental charges, or other charges due under the rental agreement.
Pickup, Delivery, and Return
Rental pickup, delivery, and return times must be followed as agreed in the reservation. If the RV is not returned on time, additional charges may apply, including an extra nightly rental fee. The renter is responsible for ensuring the RV is available for inspection and return at the scheduled time.
Condition of the RV
Each RV is inspected before and after every rental. The renter agrees to return the RV in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Any damage, missing items, odors, stains, misuse, or abnormal wear may result in additional charges.
Cleaning and Waste Tanks
The RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty, with trash left inside, stained surfaces, strong odors, or full waste tanks. Dumping fees will apply if black or gray tanks are not properly emptied when required.
Damages and Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused during the rental period, including damage to the RV, appliances, furniture, awnings, tires, equipment, and accessories. The renter is also responsible for damage caused by negligence, misuse, improper setup, improper towing, unauthorized movement, or failure to follow operating instructions.
Prohibited Use
Smoking or vaping inside the RV is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized pets, roof access, reckless use, illegal activity, subleasing, or moving the RV without permission are not allowed. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and may lead to additional charges.
Mechanical Issues
The renter must notify Little Sunshine RV Rental immediately if any mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or appliance issue occurs during the rental period. No repairs, replacements, or modifications may be made without prior authorization from the company.
Campground and Site Responsibility
The renter is responsible for following all campground, RV park, event, and property rules. The renter is also responsible for confirming the campsite is appropriate and accessible for the rented RV unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Little Sunshine RV Rental is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal property, campground closures, weather conditions, travel delays, or events outside of our control. By renting the RV, the renter agrees to use it at their own risk and accepts responsibility for all occupants and personal belongings during the rental period.
Florida Law
All rentals, bookings, and disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. By completing a reservation, the renter agrees that any matter arising from the rental shall be interpreted under Florida law.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking, paying for, or using a rental unit from Little Sunshine RV Rental, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
